The 19th edition of the IBM C-suite Study is an in-depth analysis of the Digital Reinvention™ underway today, and what that means for your enterprise. The Study is based on an unprecedented volume of discussions and data from business leaders around the world.

  • CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, CIOs, CMOs and COOs

  • 12,854 of your peers from 112 countries and across 20 industries

  • More than 2000 face-to-face meetings and 10,000 phone interviews — all of which were analyzed using the cognitive power of IBM Watson to identify overarching themes.

Statistical methods were also used to develop the archetypes used throughout the report. Each company was defined as a Reinventor, Practitioner or Aspirational, with each at a different stage in their Digital Reinvention. In short, the size and scope of this year’s study make it the most comprehensive of its kind.
