IBM Systems Worldwide Client Experience Centers are located around the world.  The Centers provide world class offerings that leverage technical subject matter expertise and provide access to the leading edge systems infrastructure that enable insights and innovation.  Center offerings include innovation exchange and briefings, solution demos, discovery and design workshops, co-creation of assets, IBM Redbooks and content, consulting services, benchmarking and more, all designed to help you innovate and elevate the value of your IT infrastructure.

Innovation Exchanges / Executive Briefings

Innovation Exchanges and Executive Briefings help clients quickly gain insight on technology solutions that are transforming business. Whether it is learning how to leverage AI and cognitive for competitive advantage or reviewing how industry peers are accelerating application deployment in hybrid, multi-cloud environments, clients are provided unprecedented access to IBM’s best subject matter experts.

Workshops / Co-Creation Lab

Discovery & Design Workshops, using Co-Creation methods, offer custom solution white boarding to explore the "art of the possible" to enable adoption of an array of solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Hybrid Multi-Cloud, Business Resiliency etc) and IBM Systems technologies, so you can realize desired business outcomes. This offering plus expertise to assist with any IT infrastructure challenge are provided in our Centers, virtually or at your site.

Infrastructure / Benchmarking

The Client Experience Centers provide technology/solution demonstrations, co-creation workshops, proofs of technology. You can see how things work, stress test or optimize your IBM Power Systems, IBM Z, and IBM Storage environments and get the validation you need for solution deployment. All offerings are available at a Client Experience Center or remotely from your location.

IBM Redbooks / IBM Systems Technical Training

IBM Redbooks content delivers skills, technical know-how, and technical materials that cover every phase of the client journey. Subject matter experts are brought together to collaborate and create Redbooks materials. IBM Systems Technical Training delivers technical course training material in many formats including web, self-paced virtual classroom, and instructor led online and classroom. Courses are available in the IBM Skills Gateway and Coursera.
