The Future-Ready Intelligent Digital Workforce Programme will see IBM hire and train Singaporeans for technology consulting and deep technical skills relevant to the digital landscape today and for the future.

When will this programme commence?

This programme starts immediately. IBM Services is looking to hire and deepen the skills of 300 Singaporean professionals and graduates over the next three years.

How will you choose the 300 professionals to join this Future-Ready Intelligent Digital Workforce Programme?

We are looking for a diversity of talent, including those who are advanced in their careers, professionals who have had a few years of experience, and fresh graduates. University graduates should have a science, engineering, technical and math background. Professional applicants should have at least three years of experience in IT consulting. Candidates should also be intellectually curious, display an aptitude for learning quickly and continually, and be interested in applying technology to solve business challenges and deliver tangible outcomes

What pre-requisite skills or knowledge do applicants need to have?

Fresh graduates should have a science, engineering, technical and math background.

Professional applicants should have at least three years of experience in IT consulting.

Candidates should also be intellectually curious, display an aptitude for learning quickly and continually, and be interested in applying technology to solve business challenges and deliver tangible outcomes.

Can fresh graduates apply for the programme?

Yes, we are looking for a diversity of talent, including those who are advanced in their careers, professionals who have had a few years of experience, and fresh graduates.

Will successful applicants be offered a job after the immersion programme?

On successful completion of the selection and interview process, candidates will be offered employment. The immersion programme begins on the first day of employment.

What are some of the job titles which will be available for applicants? Can they choose which roles they want?

Available roles include: Digital Consultants, Big Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, UX Designers and Full-Stack Digital Developers.
