OMNIbus Product
2. As part of a premise Netcool Operations Insight VM installation.
3. As part of a hybrid Netcool Operations Insight or Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps installation, where OMNIbus and allied products are deployed on VMs and AI components, such as Cloud Native Event Analytics are on Kubernetes.
4. As a containerised component within a full Kubernetes-based Netcool Operations Insight deployment.
5. As a containerised component that is integrated with Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps.
Netcool OMNIbus and Netcool/Impact continue to be fully developed and supported in modes 2 - 5 listed above.
However, mode 1, support for Netcool OMNIbus and Netcool/Impact as stand-alone products, will cease in September 2022, as described in this Support discontinuance document.
This discontinuation for mode 1 is a reflection of IBM is evolving these capabilities as part of broader Netcool Operation Insight and CloudPak for Watson AIOps.
Mode 2 and Mode 3 Hybrid Architecture (Mode 3) allows continuity in support of OMNIbus without technical effort while adopting new AI capabilities at its own pace.
Mode 4 and Mode 5 allows continuity in support of OMNIBUS with a full Kubernetes deployment.
If you are running in Mode 1 with OMNIbus products as Stand-alone, you must contact your IBM representative and request trade-up to either Netcool Operation Insight or Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps in this time frame.

Event Dashboard is blank 15 October 2021
The Event Dashboard in a fresh install of Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps v3.1.1 is blank.
There are no monitor boxes to summarise events for the various filters. Editing the page and selecting the menu option. Widget --> Edit opens the "Edit Event Dashboard Preferences" but the "Dashboard Layout" section is blank.

How to link my IBM Cloud Pak to the Red Hat entitlement? 9 August 2021
IBM Cloud Pak solutions can include entitlement to use Red Hat solutions, such as Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Ansible Tower.
The IBM Cloud Paks licenses may last for several years, an example is given for 5 years. However, you might find that the included Red Hat subscriptions have expired in the Red Hat Customer Portal after 1 year.
