The i2 business has been acquired by Harris Computer. Starting on the 1st of January 2022, you can go to www.i2group.com for information on i2 software. The i2 support team will continue to support our customers and partners. We look forward to working with you in the New Year.

If you have not upgraded to iBase 9.0.x and your existing deployment is earlier than iBase version 8.9.13, you must install iBase 8.9.13 and open all database in iBase Designer before you can proceed to the latest iBase 9.0.x version. iBase 8.9.13 will reach end of support in April 2022 and after that time will no longer be available for download on Passport Advantage. Please start planning for your iBase migration accordingly. See the iBase 9 Release Notes for more information on upgrading, and the Announcements above for more information on the versions reaching end of support. Please reach out to i2 support if you have any questions about iBase 9.0.x upgrade.
iBase 8.9.13 and 8.9.12 will both reach End of Support in April 2022. Furthermore, as of SEPTEMBER 30th there are multiple versions of i2 products that have reached End of Support. Please review the announcement letters and software lifecycle information for more details:
