Summary
The Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Pack (KB2687447) 64-Bit Edition installation detects any products affected by this package. This can mean that the installer reports "there are no products affected by this package installed on this system" and no install occurs.
Objective
To install a suitable iFilter that allows iBase to Search360 index .xlsx file types
Steps
We fixed "Search 360 indexer does not index newer office document types on 64-bit Windows" [APAR PO09318] in iBase 9.0.4 - as listed in the release notes:

With an extra note:
Note: The Microsoft 64-bit Office iFilter pack is required to index *.xslx files on 64-bit systems.

This edition has a smart installer that detects any products affected by this package
The Microsoft installer has no idea iBase requires the Filter pack.
Instead, the installer reports "There are no products affected by this package installed on this system" and no installation occurs.
To get .xlsx files s360 enabled for .xlsx file types, you must install the previous version of Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Pack
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17062
Select the Filterpack64bit.exe
Download it and install it.
Then, the .xlsx files are S360 indexable.

Select the Filterpack64bit.exe
Download it and install it.
Then, the .xlsx files are S360 indexable.
Note: You must rebuild the S360 index (in iBase designer Search360 administration) so that previously entered .xlsx content is indexed.
Any previously entered content that did not have a suitable iFilter when the indexer previously ran, is marked and excluding from being indexed later; even if a suitable iFilter is added.
Hence the need to rebuild the entire index:

Reindexing in iBase 9.x is a lot faster than in iBase 8.x
