Problem

I'm running a Search 360 build index on my iBase database.

These errors are thrown.  Are they concerning?

Text in italics is different for each database.

Error: Processing document field 'Document Field:investigative document' [RecordId: DOC8]

Error extracting text in i2.iBase.ExtractText.exe. Return code -532462766.

Resolving The Problem

This error is thrown if there is no text within the document to be indexed.
Find and open the document indicated by RecordID (DOC8 in the example).
It might be that the document does not contain actual text, but a scanned image of a document.
In this case, the contents of the document cannot be indexed.
If investigators and analysts do not need to search on the contents of the document, these errors can be safely disregarded.   
If users must be able to search on the contents of the document, there are third-party tools that can convert images to text.  i2 does not include this functionality.
