Why does the "Data and tool integrations" prompt "Watson AIOps Alert: Error fetching results"?

Question

All pods in the Watson AIOps (CP4AIOPS) namespace are running or completed.
However, after I log in to the IBM Automation UI and click Data and tool integrations, I was prompted "Watson AIOps Alert: Error fetching results."
What is the problem?
