Troubleshooting
Problem
The Event Dashboard in a fresh install of Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps v3.1.1 is blank. There are no monitor boxes to summarize events for the various filters. Editing the page and selecting the menu option Widget --> Edit opens the "Edit Event Dashboard Preferences" but the "Dashboard Layout" section is blank.
Symptom
The Event Dashboard is blank, but the Event Viewer is populated. It is not possible to preview the maps in the Map Creator tab either
