WebSphere 資料収集ガイド

このWebページは、Websphereアプリケーション・サーバー(以下、WAS)製品で発生する問題に対して、IBMシステム・テクニカル・サービス・センター(以下、STSC) にお問い合せ頂いた際に取得をお願いする資料についてご案内しています。また、ここに記載されているデータを収集しておく事で、下記の点を迅速に行うための助けとなります。 なお、取得前に起きている事象がすでに報告されていないか Fixlist(WAS V9.0,V8.5,V8.0,Liberty)、Regressionlist(WAS V9.0,V8.5,Liberty)の確認、およびIBM Supportの検索検索を利用することをお勧めします。

- 製品障害ではなく、設定方法を変更する事で対処する方法
- 製品障害の場合の、問題の影響度を下げる回避策の検索
- 新規障害をより早く修正

libertyをご利用の場合:
構成情報等 server dump による資料の収集します。

server dump <サーバー名>
traditionalをご使用の場合:
WAS付属のツールであるコレクター・ツールを使用し、ログや構成ファイルなど調査に必要な資料を一括して収集します。
問題発生直後に取得することで、該当時間帯を含むログが上書きされてしまう状況を防ぐことにもなります。
