IBM Enterprise Technical Support is an integral benefit available to Passport Advantage customers with active IBM Software Subscription and Support.
Everyone in your organization can use IBM Support to:
- access documentation including Redbooks and Knowledge Centers
- build and expand skills
- connect with communities
- search for answers to deployment, migration, troubleshooting and code questions
Only those members of your IT and support staff, registered with IBM and authorized by your Passport Advantage Site Technical Contact (also referred to as your Account Administrator) may:
- download fixes on behalf of your enterprise
- open cases from the web , chat, or by phone

*To submit a Support Access request, you will need to specify a product and the country where the product is located. You will also need your IBM Customer Number (ICN) and a reason for your access request.
