- Software: "Phase: Error" status for Event Manager.
- The Installed Operator for Event Manager reports its high level status, which is determined from NOIFormation, CEMFormation and ASMFormation.
- Software: Netcool Operations Insight 1.6.9 - Console integration definitions to ASM exist but show "403 - unauthroized...".
- After installing the hybrid cloud integration kit the NOI console integrations are successfully created in DASH but they connection status indicates: "403 unauthorized".
- Software: Onetime windows or weekly windows, the "ACTIVATED" column always show NULL.
- The record has been opened. Subscription to this Known Issue is available.
- Software: Event Analytics (on-premise) Pattern not visible in GUI.
- After moving a Pattern to a different state, for example: [Active] -> [Archived].
- It is possible for Groups to get out of step with one or more Patterns after this the Pattern disappears from the NOI GUI and can no longer be used.
- Software: NOI OMNIBUS PODS HANG ON AMD PROCESSOR ARCHITECTURE.
- The record has been opened. Subscription to this Known Issue is available.
- Software: CVE-2023-50164: NOI 1.6.11 Test Fix for Apache Struts.
- The test fix for issue CVE-2023-50164 consists of updated images in the IBM Entitled Registry.
- Software: NOI deployment fails with memory buffer error for Postgres.
- For Trial deployments, when Postgres is pulled from the latest IBM catalog source, an install, or upgrade, to 1.6.9, or higher, fails.
- News: IBM Netcool Operations Insight Event Integrations CASE Version 3.8.0.
- Version 3.8.0 of the IBM Netcool Operations Insight Event Integrations CASE will be available for download on 6 December 2023. This CASE contains IBM Netcool Operations Insight Event Integrations Operator v3.10.0 compatible with IBM Netcool Operations Insight 1.6.11.

- Netcool Impact - ATKRST132E 404:Cannot access data provider.
- Software: IJ49449: MWM TIMEZONE DEFAULTS TO EST INSTEAD OF THE TIMEZONE PROVIDED BY THE SERVER.
- When creating MWM windows in Impact GUI the default timezone is set to "(UTC -05:00) New York, Toronto".
- Software: IJ49846: SQL CONTAINS ? CHARACTERS.
- The problem is the event's Identifier contains a ? character because it has a URL with parameters.
- Software: IJ49597: THE PROPERTY IMPACT.JDBC.POOL.CREATETIME IS NOT IN DOCS.
- The property impact.jdbc.pool.createtime which goes in the _server.props file is mentioned in some policy logs.
