Abstract
Tivoli Common Reporting (All versions), a service of Jazz for Service Management (JazzSM), is no longer supported because the bundled version of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) V10.x is out of support.

"IBM Dashboard Application Services Hub (DASH) V3.1*" continues to be supported until "IBM Jazz for Service Management(JazzSM) V1.1*" end of support. As the embedded "IBM Cognos Business Intelligence(BI) V10.x" in "IBM Tivoli Common Reporting(TCR)" is already end of support, any issues related to TCR or the embedded Cognos BI V10.x are not supported. The replacement for TCR/Cognos BI V10.x is Cognos V11.x and is available as a supported program with the IBM Tivoli Monitoring and Netcool products.
Follow Cognos 11.x migration path for continued support of Cognos based reports.
Note: TCR features that do not work on Cognos V11.x:
1. Command-line interface commands
2. Birt reports
Note: "If you intend to perform an upgrade from a previous version of Tivoli Common Reporting to TCR 3.1.3, you need to enquire with your IBM representative for assistance from IBM Services. This is normally a paid-for engagement and outside the scope of IBM Support"
