New tutorials to get you started with the IBM Cloud

Looking to build your next project on the IBM Cloud and not sure where to start?

For newcomers, the IBM Cloud documentation has a great Getting Started section to help you deploy your first application. If you are looking for more advanced demos, this collection is another good starting point.

Today, we are adding a new tutorials section in the documentation.

The IBM Cloud has a large catalog of services and compute options available at your finger tips. These tutorials can help you learn how you can use these together to build, deploy and scale real world solutions. They provide step-by-step instructions on how to implement common patterns based on best practices and proven technologies.

The initial focus for these tutorials is on websites and web applications whether you choose to build your next project with Cloud Foundry, Containers, Cloud Functions, or Virtual Servers. Do you want to deploy a web app across multiple regions? Or maybe build a Single-Page Application with a serverless backend? Or you’re more into Linux, Apache, Mysql and PHP? There should be one tutorial for you over there.

The tutorials section has a feedback form on the side where you can comment on the content. So if you have suggestions on the existing tutorials or ideas for future additions, please submit your feedback.
