Using Greenhouse for the first time?

Go to Lotus Greenhouse and click Sign up in the upper right corner.
Fill in the registration information.
Watch your email for a link from Greenhouse. When it comes, follow the link, fill in a few extra fields, accept the license agreement, and click Take me into the Lotus Greenhouse.
