From validation to deployment, IBM technologies help A.I. Tech scale enterprise AI across hybrid environments
Artificial intelligence is quickly moving from experimentation to a business imperative. Organizations across industries are investing in AI to improve forecasting, automate decisions, optimize operations and unlock new insights from growing volumes of enterprise data. However, many organizations continue to struggle with a common challenge: turning promising AI initiatives into production-ready solutions that can scale across the business.
A.I. Tech frequently works with organizations operating business-critical environments where performance, security, resilience and governance are essential. These organizations often rely on complex technology landscapes that include enterprise applications, multiple data sources, hybrid infrastructure and strict operational requirements. Deploying AI successfully in these environments requires more than advanced models. It requires a trusted technology foundation that can support enterprise workloads while integrating with existing systems.
The pressure to operationalize AI continues to grow as organizations seek to increase efficiency, accelerate decision-making and remain competitive. At the same time, infrastructure complexity, deployment costs and governance requirements can slow adoption. Organizations that fail to modernize risk limiting the value they generate from data, increasing operational inefficiencies and delaying innovation initiatives. Poorly integrated AI deployments can also introduce new operational and security risks.
To help address these challenges, A.I. Tech expanded its collaboration with IBM, bringing together IBM’s enterprise AI, infrastructure and hybrid cloud technologies with A.I. Tech’s expertise in neural networks, machine learning and intelligent automation.
“Our mission is to transform businesses through intelligent AI solutions,” says Lajos Janurik, CEO of A.I. Tech. “As enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence accelerates, organizations need a technology foundation that combines performance, security, flexibility, and reliability. IBM technologies provide exactly that foundation, allowing us to deliver AI solutions that can operate confidently within mission-critical environments.”
The collaboration began when A.I. Tech validated its AI software on IBM® Power® systems, demonstrating strong performance and establishing the foundation for a broader relationship. What started as a technology validation effort evolved into a multi-solution collaboration spanning IBM infrastructure, AI software, hybrid deployment technologies and technical expertise.
One of the first examples used to validate the platform was Estima, A.I. Tech’s neural network-based forecasting solution. Designed to support forecasting, analytics and business process optimization, Estima helped demonstrate how AI inferencing workloads could run on IBM Power while benefiting from enterprise-class reliability, scalability and operational performance. Rather than serving as the focus of the collaboration, Estima became an example of how A.I. Tech solutions could leverage IBM technologies as part of a broader enterprise AI strategy.
As the relationship expanded, IBM Power continued to provide the infrastructure foundation for AI validation and deployment scenarios. IBM watsonx.ai® provided a data and AI platform layer supporting model development, integration and deployment workflows, helping connect AI models with enterprise data and business processes.
IBM watsonx Orchestrate® — an agentic solution that coordinates and automates multi-step AI workflows across systems, reducing manual handoffs between teams — helped A.I. Tech demonstrate how multiple AI-powered services can work together efficiently within a single enterprise environment.
IBM Fusion® was evaluated as part of A.I. Tech’s AI deployment strategy, demonstrating compatibility with the company’s solutions across hybrid environments. Red Hat® technologies provided the underlying platform supporting the Fusion environment, helping create consistency for containerized and cloud-native deployments. IBM Expert Labs® worked alongside A.I. Tech teams to optimize deployments and support technical validation efforts across the IBM portfolio. This collaborative approach helped maximize the value of the underlying infrastructure and software stack while accelerating deployment readiness.
One reference architecture illustrated how these technologies could work together within a hybrid AI deployment model. AI training workloads could be supported through watsonx.ai, while AI inferencing workloads ran on IBM Power servers, providing organizations with a flexible approach to balancing performance, cost and operational requirements. A.I. Tech solutions include:
These technologies enable A.I. Tech to deliver AI workloads across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and containerized environments while maintaining enterprise-level reliability and operational efficiency.
What began with validating Estima on IBM Power evolved into a broader collaboration. Together, IBM and A.I. Tech demonstrated how enterprise AI solutions can move beyond isolated use cases and operate across a flexible architecture designed for enterprise deployment.
The partnership provides a framework for evaluating and validating AI solutions while maintaining alignment with enterprise requirements for performance, security, governance and operational resilience. The orchestration layer provided by watsonx Orchestrate was key to showing how organizations can manage and scale AI workflows without adding operational complexity.
Throughout the engagement, IBM Power demonstrated performance and efficiency characteristics aligned with enterprise AI requirements. Validation activities highlighted advantages in throughput, energy efficiency and total cost of ownership compared with referenced x86 environments, reinforcing the role of IBM Power as a platform for business-critical AI workloads.
A.I. Tech strengthened its market visibility through participation in IBM Top Gun Bratislava, where it showcased enterprise AI capabilities to clients and business partners from across the Caucasus and Central Asia. The event provided opportunities to demonstrate real-world use cases, engage in strategic discussions around AI adoption, and explore new business opportunities within the IBM ecosystem. Lajos Janurik, CEO of A.I. Tech, demonstrated Estima forecasting on live operational data and Lexten answering from a live document library, both running in fully on-premise configurations.
By combining IBM’s enterprise technology portfolio with A.I. Tech’s expertise in neural networks, machine learning and intelligent automation, the collaboration creates additional opportunities for organizations seeking a practical path to AI adoption. IBM and A.I. Tech continue exploring opportunities across intelligent automation, predictive analytics, hybrid cloud modernization and next-generation AI applications.
Founded in 2005, A.I. Tech is a Hungary-based enterprise AI software company. Its platforms — Lexten, a document intelligence platform delivering source-cited answers, drafting and compliance gap analysis in nine languages, and Estima, a cross-industry forecasting platform for demand, capacity, risk and resource behavior — run in cloud, hybrid or fully on-premise environments. A.I. Tech works with telecom operators, energy producers, government ministries, law firms and industrial groups across Europe, the Middle East and North America, and builds custom AI systems for requirements that fall outside off-the-shelf products.
