Viewing all projects
The Projects perspective lists all your projects, including projects that you received from other users. From the Projects perspective you can complete the following tasks:
Add a New Project.
Search for a project by name or description.
See Warnings and Errors that the project has.
See the created and modified dates for projects.
In the tile view, you can click the Summary tab to displays the storage systems that are defined for that project. To view and modify the details for a system, click the system name. Then, the system view is displayed.
Select the Notes in a project view (tile or list) to display notes that are attached to the project. For example, Reviewers and Approvers might add Notes to a project while they work in the Workflow tab.
You can add a note by clicking Add Note. Then, a dialog box is displayed where you can enter a title and body text for your note.
The Workflow tab currently not enabled, except for Cloud Object Storage projects. See background information in, “Workflow perspective”.
By default, the Projects perspective (tile and list views) are displayed in recently-modified order, as seen in the drop-down menu in Figure 18 on page 15.

To learn about the sort and display options, see “Display options in the Projects view”.
To learn about global actions for selected projects, see “Multiple selections in the Projects view”.

Tip: Old projects might disappear from the project view, because of the Auto-archive feature (see “Settings menu”). If so, you can check the list of archived projects by filtering the project view to show all project states, including projects in the Archived state. Filtering options are described in the “Display options in the Projects view” topic.
