Storage Modeller is an IBM sales process tool that is designed to model storage solutions for customer applications. This tool is for use by IBM and Business Partner technical sellers.

Storage Modeller is developed by IBM and functionality is being delivered over time. Storage Modeller is designed to integrate with upstream and downstream sales tools, with the focus on optimizing seller workflow and reducing time from Opportunity ID to actual sale of a solution. Storage Modeller is a cloud-based tool accessed through a web browser based user interface. The diagram in Figure 1 shows the Storage Modeller vision for integration with IBM sales tools:
