Multiple selections in the Projects view
Use the checkboxes in the Projects view (tile view or list view) to select one or more projects.
▪Click Select All to select all projects in your instance of Storage Modeller.
▪Click Deselect All to remove the checkmarks from all selected projects.

Tip: When you select the checkbox for a project in the Projects view, the
“Filtering options”
are hidden by a blue tool bar. To dismiss this tool bar and make the filtering options visible again, click
Deselect All.

When you select one or more check boxes in the Projects list view, the available actions are displayed in a blue tool bar (Figure 29 on page 24). When you click these actions, the actions are applied to all selected items. You can access the same check boxes in the Project tile view.
The system prompts you to confirm your actions:
▪Manage tags. Launches the tag selection dialog box. Your tag selections apply to all selected projects.
▪Send Copy To. Sends a copy of a project to a fellow Storage Modeller user.
▪Move to Archive. Moves the selected Active projects to Archived state.

▪Reassign project: You can reassign your projects to other Storage Modeller users.
▪Move to Active. Moves the selected Archived projects to
Archived state. Active mode means that the project is available for modification and testing.

Note: This option is available only when Archived projects are visible in the Projects list. You make Archived
projects visible by setting filtering options, as described in “Filtering options”.

▪Delete. Deletes the selected projects.
