Managing your Watson Care Manager account

You can sign in to your account. When you sign in, you can review and update your personal profile and preferences.

About this task

IBM Watson® Care Manager provides role-based access through user accounts. When you sign in, only the features and actions that are appropriate to your role are displayed.

If you are a standard user, you can reset your password from the sign in page. If you have single sign-on (SSO) access, you can sign in to Watson™ Care Manager applications once without having to enter your credentials each time.

Note: By default, if you are inactive for 30 minutes, you will be signed out of your account. However, this period might be different for your organization. In addition, for security purposes, you will be signed out of your account after 12 hours of working. You can click Log in to sign in again and continue working.
