This survey was carried out by iGov Survey, in partnership with IBM. The project ran from Tuesday 26 September 2017 to Tuesday 14 November 2017.

128 individuals from 105 unique organisations participated in the survey, each of whom will have received a complimentary copy of the findings report. There was no inducement to take part in the survey, and IBM was not introduced as the survey partner.
