Print and Export print functions
Three functions are available at the top of each spreadsheet in the Reports view, as shown in Figure 354:
Print: Allows you to print to a local printer or print to a .pdf file. To use this function, click Print. Your local printer functions appear and you can select to print all, print certain pages, or print to a .pdf file.
Export Excel File: Allows you to export the data to an Excel file. To use this function, click Export Excel File. The file is created and downloaded to your download folder (report.xlsx).
 
Note: When you export the .xlsx file, you might see the following pop-up window:

This is not an error message. Rather, It is a notification that some parts of the workbook (most likely charts) were repaired for the proper opening in Excel. You might encounter this, for example, if you try to open a more or less complex Excel file with an OpenOffice Calc (and vice versa). The notification might also appear if you open a file with a different version of Excel than the version that was used to create the file.
