Error description

Customer is  running an application which stores user
credentials in WAS dynamic cache.
They have configured Dynamic Cache Service on each app server
and enabled M2M session replication  within cluster.
Testing failover, customer noticed that WSSecureMap cache  was
not being replicated to the other cluster member so, user is
forced to login again.

Due to a timing issue, security attributes stored in Dynacache
might not be replicated to a newly started server until there
is at least one request served by that server.  In rare
circumstances, that may result in a user being forced to
login again.

Problem conclusion

The code has been corrected to ensure that replication happens
during server start-up when a new security custom property is
set to true.

com.ibm.ws.security.WSSecureMapInitAtStartup=true

The default is false.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29, and 7.0.0.9.  Please refer to the
