If debugging is necessary, log files for Navigator for i are here:
  • /QIBM/UserData/OS/AdminInst/admin2/wlp/usr/servers/admin2/logs/messages.log

The log & trace files files for Monitor job QINAVMNSRV are located here:
  •  /QIBM/UserData/Os400/Navigator/config/MONITOR
    • monitor.log
    • stderrA.txt & stderrB.txt
    • stdoutA.txt & stdoutB.txt

All of the pertinent log files can be gathered and sent in to service with the QMGTOOLS HTTP Admin collector:
