APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
When Update Installer (UPDI) V7.0 is installed, only Microsoft Windows Vista gets the update.exe. All later Windows operating systems (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2) only get the update.bat. We need to have the update.exe on those other three Windows operating systems since then manual elevation of administrator user account rights is no longer needed since a UAC prompt will appear instead.
