The freeConnectionFactory method in J2C is failing to
deregister the listener from the alert config objects.
We see following OutofMemoryError

Problem conclusion

We are avoiding the early removal of the HashMap contents
where we free ConnectionFactory for JMS to avoid the
OutOfMemory.
The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.39, 6.1.0.29 and 7.0.0.7
