ClassNotFoundException occurs with MyFaces custom error
handler defined in web.xml.

*                      ClassNotFoundException will be thrown   *
*                      at runtime if MyFaces encounters an     *
*                      exception during the JSF lifecycle.     *

Any application which defines a custom error handler in
web.xml using the org.apache.myfaces.ERROR_HANDLER context
param will encounter a ClassNotFoundException if an exception
is thrown during the JSF lifecycle.

This occurs due to the MyFaces implementation being loaded
using an isolated shared library.  The current implementation
loads the custom error handler class using the MyFaces
classloader.  If an isolated shared library needs access to an
application's classes the context classloader must be used
instead.

Problem conclusion

The MyFaces JSF implementation was modified to load custom
error handlers using the context classloader.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
