• AdminAgent failed to start when controlling 60+ nodes.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Having 60 nodes registered to an        *
  *                      AdminAgent caused adminagent server     *
  *                      startup to take a very long time.       *

  There is inefficiency in the admin agent reading from disk too
  often while initializing information about the registered nodes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The inefficiency is fixed by caching information about the
  registered nodes.
  This APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack
