The designation recognizes IBM as an AWS partner that has demonstrated technical proficiency and proven success in SAP implementation, migration, and innovation on AWS cloud. Certified AWS SAP Competency Partners have the experience, tooling, methods, and best practices to streamline client migrations or transformations.

IBM is a Premier SAP Competency Partner with proven proficiency in helping our clients move to AWS Cloud. Additionally, we has achieved the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) for SAP designation. Which includes the formation of an SAP Migration Factory with capabilities  in moving large enterprise estates to AWS cloud. As well as the Accelerated Move Center (AMC) focusing on Brownfield conversions to S/4HANA for mid-size Enterprises. Furthermore, we have aligned the work we do with AWS to IBM’s Cognitive Enterprise strategy, augmenting the move to S/4HANA with Intelligent technologies such as Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Native Extension services in redefining the use of SAP in our clients transformation journey.

IBM and AWS joint win, A global CPG client is progressing on it’s major SAP based transformation initiative to deploy and run a common SAP template in it’s largest markets around the world. The SAP S/4 Hana based template covers the functional areas of Finance, Procurement and Operations. The client has already embarked on this journey with IBM and are currently designing and building the core template which will then be adapted for each country via localizations. The next phase of work will design the required localizations and implement the full template across two European Geographies.
