Error description

When the platform is z/OS and the user registry is Local OS and
identity assertion is enabled, the receiving will fail to
establish trust in the sending server with a JSAS0639E error
message, even though the server identity of the sending server
does have access to the CBIND profile. The error message is
printed in the control region of the receiving server and is
similar to the following message:
BBOO0220E: JSAS0639E: [user2] The ID received for identity
assertion ({1}) is not trusted by the server, most likely
because the ID does not have CONTROL access to the CBIND
profile in the RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) database

When the receiving server attempts to establish trust in the
sending server, the server identity of the sending server must
have CONTROL access to the CBIND profile in the SAF registry.
However, the CBIND profile was being resolved incorrectly, so it
never had access to the CBIND profile, resulting in the
JSAS0639E error message.

Problem conclusion

The code was corrected to correctly build the CBIND profile
that
is to be checked in the SAF registry to establish trust between
the sending and receiving servers.

APAR PK84563 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
Level (Fix Pack) 7.0.0.5 of WebSphere Application Server V7.0
for z/OS.
