The Support Projects perspective displays a snapshot of each project that you send to Storage Modeller’s Support team in a Support form. To see this view, select Perspectives > Support Projects in the title bar of Storage Modeller, as shown in Figure 72 on page 69. As the following figure shows, Storage Modeller adds the [received] prefix to a project name to ensure a unique project name. You can change that name to any other unique name. This view offers the same filtering and sorting options that are described for the “Projects perspective”. In addition, the Support Projects view has the Quasi Pipeline (filter) option. You can choose to display All Support Projects, Active Projects, or Archived Projects, as shown in Figure 72.
