Abstract

On 31 March 2023, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.2 interim fix 031. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

IJ44738 Work Order Tracking In Work Order Tracking, if user specifies a location for the Work Order and specifies an Inspection Form for a task, duplicate Inspection records are created and associated with the location.
IJ44870 Purchase requisitions In Purchase Requisition, Unit Cost is not populated with the Last Receipt Cost.
IJ44998 System UI Filter does not carry over in the child table when a different parent table record is selected.
IJ42722 Inventory The expiration date of a Lot Item set to the distant future is incorrect when transferred to another storeroom.

IJ43778 Purchase orders Approving an Internal Purchase Order that has an item that is rotating and consigned results in the errors BMXAA3279E - "Could not change PO status to APPR." and BMXAA1185E - "The debit or credit general ledger account is not specified.".
IJ44234 Inventory usage If the Expected Receipt Date is made mandatory, clicking "OK on the Create Shipment dialog results in errors BMXAA7691E - "The status of inventory usage cannot be changed to SHIPPED." and BMXAA0032E - "The status that you selected is the same as the current status. Select a different status.".
IJ44012 Classifications Adding Classification to an Item results in duplicate specifications and error BMXAA4210E - "Database error number -803 has occurred. Invalid SQL queries are logged in the log file. Check the SQL query to identify the error.".
IJ44008 Purchase requisitions if the Line Type value is changed, Maximo does not recognize Line Type synonym values linking a Purchase Order to a Purchase Requisition, which causes the PR record to be reopened.
IJ43989 Classifications Adding an Attribute to a Classification that associated with many Assets results in error BMXAA4210E - "Database error number -313 has occurred. Invalid SQL queries are logged in the log file. Check the SQL query to identify the error.".
IJ43698 Assets Moving a rotating asset from an operating location into a storeroom via "Move/Modify Assets" does not update the current balance in inventory correctly.
IJ43949 Work Order Tracking Entering actual material in Work Order Tracking application for certain items results in a "MaterialsActualsOverwritten" error.
IJ42744 Assets The Change Configuration Manager Item action on the View tab in Asset Configuration Manager doesn't do anything.
IJ43815 Work Order Tracking Adding 2 rows on the Materials tab of a Work Order results in error BMXAA3496E - "Trouble processing item. Cause: The balance in the bin will become negative as a result of this transaction.".
IJ43136 Purchase orders When a Purchase order is created and a PO Line for a Condition-Enabled item is added, the unit cost is set to blank.

The most recent Maximo Integration Framework 7.6.1.2 interim fix is MIF interim fix 017.

IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.2 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1. Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.1 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.1.

IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
