IJ44700: PERFORMANCE IS SLOW WHEN CREATING OR REFRESHING A SCHEDULE IN GRAPHICAL SCHEDULER.

Error description

• When creating a new schedule or using the "Refresh Schedule"
  button within Graphical Scheduler, load time exceeds 6 minutes
  each.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create a new schedule with one workorder
  2. Click the "refresh schedule" button
  
  RESULTS:
  New schedule takes around 6 minutes to save.
  Schedule takes around 6 minutes to refresh.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Schedule should save and refresh in a more timely manner.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Add 4 indexes to Maximo
  1. WPITEM(wonum,siteid,itemsetid,itemnum,linetype)
  2. item(rotating,itemsetid,itemnum,itemid,itemtype)
  3. skdactivity(skdprojectid,refobjname,modified,objrowstamp)
  4. skdresource(skdprojectid,objectname,refobjname,objectid)
