Information Server launchpad and Information Server web applications fail to start in Chrome and Edge browsers

対象コンポーネントまたは環境： launchpad,ブラウザー

ChromeやEdgeブラウザーでlaunchpadやWebアプリ起動すると、下記エラーで失敗する。
This site can't provide a secure connection

最新のChromeやEdgeではSHA1の認証をリジェクトするようになったことが原因。
新規にSSL証明書を作成し、SHA１からSSL認証に変更すること。

Changing DataStage to use an Alternate Directory for Temporary Storage

対象コンポーネントまたは環境：環境変数

DataStageエンジンやジョブが使用するディレクトリーは環境変数で変更が可能。
対象となる環境変数とその変更方法に関するガイド。

Datastage job with DB2 Connector fails with error "Error 32 occurred while writing to the named pipe. (CC_DB2APILoadRecordDataSetConsumer::putRowBufferInCache, file CC_DB2APILoadRecordDataSetConsumer.cpp, line 3,444)"

Db2 Connectorステージが下記エラーで失敗する。
Message: DB2CCStage1,1: Error 32 occurred while writing to the named pipe. (CC_DB2APILoadRecordDataSetConsumer::putRowBufferInCache, file CC_DB2APILoadRecordDataSetConsumer.cpp, line 3,444)

INSERT処理で、すでにcloseされているnamed pipeに対して書き込みを行っていることが原因。
根本原因及び詳細についてはDb2のサポートに問い合わせすること。

DataStage: IIS 11.7.1 FP1 のコネクターインポートウィザードで DB2 のインスタンスが変更できない

バージョン： Db2 Connectorステージ,インポート
対象コンポーネントまたは環境： 11.7.1

Information Server 11.7.1にFP1を適用すると、コネクターインポートで、Db2の表定義の読み込みがエラーになる。
"接続が失敗しました
アクティブなDB2インスタンスの値を xxxxx に設定しようとしてエラーが発生しました。アクティブなDB2インスタンスには、既に値 yyyyy が設定されています。"

Db2のマルチインスタンスの設定がFP1適用により初期化されることが原因。
cas.propertiesファイルをリストアすること。

IBM Information Server Information Analyzer Web Application Not Listing Projects/Workspaces

バージョン： 11.7.1以降
対象コンポーネントまたは環境： Analyzer

従来のクライアントで作成したプロジェクト（ワークスペース）が、Thinクライアントで表示されない。
権限の確認、再起動、及びreindexを実行すること。

InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog: Improving catalog and lineage performance in DB2 environment

IGCにおいて、リネージュレポートの作成や、資産の使用状況の取得等を実行すると、ハングすることがある。
データベースのテーブルや索引のフラグメンテーションを解消すること。

Operations Console dashboard shows no data, but also no errors.

Operations Consoleで、ジョブやパフォーマンスデータが表示されず、エラーも表示されない。
エンジン層のホスト名が変更されていないか確認すること。

Sequence job not triggering email notification

DataStageのシーケンスジョブで、email notificationステージによるメール通知が正常に実行されない場合のデバッグ方法についてガイド。

Slow IGC search for assets type Database Column

IGCでデータベース列に対するRest API/searchが遅い場合の対応策について記載。
xmetaAdmin addIndexユーティリティーを使用してレポジトリに索引を作成すること。

Unable to save custom attribute definition in InfoSphere Information Governance Catalog (IGC)

IGCにおいてカスタム属性の保存に失敗する。
The operation cannot be completed. Try again later or try in maintenance mode. Details are in error.log and igc.log.

RestAPIでは以下のエラーが出力される。

JR60505の適用、閑散時間帯での実行、メンテナンスモードでの実行等の対応を取ること。
