Problem
Unable to save Custom Attribute definition
Symptom
- IGC UI: saving or importing Custom Attribute definition fails with error message:
The operation cannot be completed. Try again later or try in maintenance mode. Details are in error.log and igc.log.
- IGC Rest API: POST /administration/attributes/ fails with response:
{ "message": "writeInterrupted", "code": 400 }
- IGC UI: saving Custom Attribute definition is taking several seconds, appears to be hung (11.5)
