August: NPS now in ICM v10
This August we moved to an in product Net Promoter Score (NPS) system. Administrators will now see a pop-up window every 90 days giving them the ability to mark a score and add textual content below for clarity and details.
Please take the time to note a true reflection of the offering. Each point of feedback is delivered to our offering management team's desk so that we can take the time and care to work with our team to improve the IBM ICM experience.
