Release Notes
Abstract
This document contains a complete listing of fix packs(also known as PTFs) sorted by version for IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Z Code Optimization Advice (z/OS Host component). We recommend installing the latest PTFs as they are cumulative (ie they contain all the APAR fixes and enhancements made available for the product since it first shipped).
For fix packs for the VS Code workstation components of IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Z refer to Fix Central.

When you describe a problem to an IBM software support specialist be as specific as possible and include all relevant background information, so that the specialist can help you solve the problem efficiently. To save time, know the answers to these questions:
- Can you reproduce the problem? If so, what steps and compiler options do you use to reproduce it?
- Can the issue be reduced to a small test case?
- Can the test case be provided to IBM?
- What IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Z version and fix pack level were you using when the problem occurred?
- Do you have logs, traces, or messages that are related to the problem?
- Is there a workaround for the problem? If so, be prepared to describe the workaround.
