Users can view, create, and manage servers under the Server configuration tab per their
assigned roles.

You can view the allocation of computing resources for the agent and integration
servers that are running in your environment. The
CPU allocation and the
Memory allocation bars in the
Server Configuration tab
represent a graphical view of the allocation of computing resources. The charts indicate the
percentage of the total allocated CPU and memory for your environment, which is allocated for the
servers that are currently running. Adequate resources are allocated for running your agent and
integration servers. You can use the
CPU allocation and
Memory
allocation help that displays the allocated resources according to your performance
profile configuration. However, if you are not able to start more servers because many servers are
running simultaneously, perform one of the following tasks to release the resources.
- Stop the servers that are not required or are unused.
- Stop any failed servers as failed servers also consume resources.
- Schedule the processes such that it uses the CPU and memory resources optimally.
- Set the performance profile of the servers to Balanced for a more optimal
allocation of resources.
For more information, see Guidelines to
select performance profile.
The number of instances that is displayed in the Server Configuration page is the total number of
servers that are attempted to start. This does not refer to the number of running instances of the
server.
