Search View page
The following tables describe the different areas of the Search View page, including the following areas:
Search

| Sender ID | Unique identifier for the sender of the interchange. |
| (Sender) Qual | Unique qualifier associated with the unique identifier for the sender of the interchange. |
| Mailslot(drop-down field) | Identifier for your mailslot. An optional description displays for the mailslot, if a description was indicated when creating or editing a user account. |
| Receiver ID | Unique identifier for the receiver of the interchange. |
| (Receiver) Qual | Unique qualifier associated with the unique identifier for the receiver of the interchange. |
| Funct Group | Functional group type consisting of a one-character industry code and a two-character functional ID. To view a sample list of functional group types, see Functional group types . |
| Interchange Cntl | Identifying number associated with the interchange. |
| File Name | The file name specified for the batch by the originator. |
| Mailbag Control # | Unique identifier for a mailbag batch associated with a mailbag sender and receiver. |
| Select Date/Time Option | Whether the search should use the date and time for either loaded or picked up mailslot
information. You can use the following options:

| Select Inbound/Outbound Option | Whether to search for inbound or outbound data or a combination of inbound and outbound data.

| From Date/Time | Beginning date and time fields that enable you to search for data. You can use the following options:

| To Date/Time | Ending date and time fields that enable you to search for data. You can use the following options:

| Select Status | Status of interchange. You can use the following options:
Note: Only status options that apply with the method you use to retrieve data from your
mailslot display. |
| Download Search View | Enables you to create a user-run report that returns all of the information displayed on the Search page. Select the output from .xls, .csv, .xlsx, or .xltx. |
| Swap Sender/Receiver IDs | Exchange (swap) the sender and receiver IDs so you can perform the search, accordingly. |
| Search | Perform the search and update the page with the results. |
Interchange

| Up Arrow | Column indicated by this arrow is currently sorted in ascending order. |
| Down Arrow | Column indicated by this arrow is currently in sorted descending order. |
| Change Status? | After you click Reload to Mailslot, Mark as Picked
Up, or Redial, the status of an interchange is reset. You cannot
use the Change Status? check box if the interchange is unavailable, if the
status is incomplete, error, or dialing, or if the owner of the mailslot is the sender of the
information. For information about access and authorization specific to a user account, see User accounts for security role administration. Note: Use Select
all or Clear all to select or deselect all interchanges on the
page. If the check box is not available, this interchange cannot be picked up or restored from the
Search page. |
| Picked Up or Dialed | Whether to search for interchanges picked up or dailed to you. You can use the following options:
Note: Time is US Eastern. |
| Loaded | Date and time interchange loaded into the mailslot and became available for download. |
| Status | Current status of the interchange. Status values depend on how you (if you are the receiver)
or your trading partner (if you are the sender) for that interchange receives data. If B2B Integration SaaS automatically pushes data out to you or your trading partner (also known
as event-driven), the following status values are available:

| Interchange Control# | Identifying number associated with an interchange. After performing a search, you can view EDI data for this interchange. To view the batch summary details for this interchange, click the interchange control number. For more information, see View Data page. |
| Funct Group | Functional group consisting of a one-character industry code and a two-character functional
ID. After performing a search for outbound data, you can view the functional group data. To view the
data, click the functional group. To see a sample list of functional group types, see Functional group types. |
| Qual/Sender ID | Unique identifier for the sender of the interchange. To view details about this sender, click
the ID to transfer to the Look Up Trading Partner page. On this page, the
Company Name and Value Added Service Provider associated with that Qual/Receiver ID displays. For
more information, see Looking up a trading partner . If you reload an archived interchange, status messages are displayed in this field. For information about reloading, see Reloading to your mailslot (for picked-up data only). |
| Qual/Receiver ID | Unique identifier for the receiver of the interchange. To view details about this receiver, click the ID to transfer to the Look Up Trading Partner page. On this page, the Company Name and Value Added Service Provider associated with that Qual/Receiver ID displays. For more information, see Looking up a trading partner. |
| Int/Grp Seq | Interchange and group sequence number that sequentially identifies each group within an interchange. |
| File Name | The file name specified for the batch by the originator. Note: This column displays only if a
stored file name is associated with the batch and if your mailslot is set up to preserve
filenames. |
| Sender Mailbag # | Unique identifier for a mailbag batch associated with a mailbag sender. Note: This field
displays only if a mailbag control number is present. However, in most cases, a mailbag number is
not present. |
| Receiver Mailbag # | Unique identifier for a mailbag batch associated with a mailbag receiver. Note: This field
displays only if a mailbag control number is present. However, in most cases, a mailbag number is
not present. |
| Select all | Selects all interchanges on the page. For information about access and authorization specific to a user account, see User accounts for security role administration . Note: If there is no data on the page to pick up or reload, this option is
unavailable. |
| Clear all | Deselects all interchanges on the page. For information about access and authorization specific to a user account, see User accounts for security role administration . Note: If there is no data on the page to pick up or reload, this option is
unavailable. |
Function
| Button or Field | Description |

| Reload to Mailslot | Applies if you receive data by picking it up from your mailslot. Click this button after checking the Change Status? check boxes next to all the interchanges you want to reload. For more information about reloaded interchanges, see Changing interchange status. |
| Redial | Applies only if data is dialed to you automatically or if B2B Integration SaaS pushes data to you. Click this button after checking the Change Status? check boxes next to all the interchanges you want to redial. For more information about reloaded interchanges, see Changing interchange status. |
| Mark as Picked Up | Applies only if you receive data by picking it up from your mailslot. Click this button after checking the Change Status? check boxes next to all the interchanges you want to mark as picked up or downloaded. For more information about reloaded interchanges, see Changing interchange status. |
| First Page | Returns to the beginning of the Search list. This button also refreshes the data. |
| Page Up | Returns to the previous page of the Search list. To go back to the first page of this list, click First Page. |
| Page Down | Moves to the next page of the Search Interchange list. |
