Looking up a trading partner

The Lookup Trading Partner application enables you to look up information about your trading partners. Using Lookup Trading Partner, you can look up EDI ID information on a single interactive search page, or you can search on a list of company names or EDI IDs by uploading your search criteria in a comma separated value (CSV) file.

You can access Lookup Trading Partner in one of the following ways:

• From the ID Maintenance menu at the top of the page.
• By selecting a Sender ID or Receiver ID from the Inbox View, Outbox Batch Detail View, Search View, Document Inbox View, Document Outbox View, and Document Search View pages.
  Note: Document Inbox View, Document Outbox View, and Document Search View .

Access from ID Maintenance Menu

From the menu, select ID Maintenance > Look Up Partner. This action opens a new window for the Lookup Trading Partner application.
