Archived data

Archived data in Sterling Document Tracking is available for viewing, reloading to your mailslot, or for resending to your system.

Your data is archived in the system for 35 days. During the current week, interchanges that you received maintain the status Picked Up or Dialed. During the Sunday maintenance window (5:00 AM. to 6:00 AM ET), interchanges with the status Picked Up or Dialed change to Archived and are retained in Sterling Document Tracking for 35 days and then deleted. You can reload archived data to your mailslot so you can retrieve the data, again.
