Introducing configuration-driven search experience generation: Build complete search experiences by using a single JSON configuration file. This capability delivers a faster, more consistent way to generate search pages, results, tables, and API integrations while it reduces manual setup and boilerplate code. Displaying week numbers in date pickers: Configure date pickers to show week numbers alongside calendar dates. This view helps users plan, track, and align work by week, which improves scheduling accuracy and supports week-based workflows. For more information, see Configuring settings.
Creating and managing AI tools in Order Hub: Administrators can now create, modify, and delete AI tools in Order Hub. This release lets you configure integrations, update tool behavior, and remove unused tools directly from the Order Hub user interface, which helps you maintain accurate and reusable configurations. Introducing Order Hub Application Manager for order management configuration: Order management configuration is moving to Order Hub Application Manager with a modernized experience. This modernization gives you a simpler, centralized way to manage core behavior. The modernization project will occur in phases. This initial release supports conditions, business actions, and service definitions. Other configuration tasks continue in existing tools until they are added to Order Hub in future phases. Note: This new feature is available only for next-generation Order Hub customers.
Viewing AI tools in Order Hub: Administrators can now view AI tools through a new, intuitive user interface in Order Hub. This initial release lets you browse AI tools, review tool details, and understand how AI agents interact with the order management system, all in one place. The new UI improves visibility and governance, and it lays the foundation for creating and modifying AI tools in future releases. For more information, see Viewing AI tools.
Typeahead display controls: Administrators can set a minimum character threshold before search results appear or turn off the typeahead feature. This change helps to reduce extra API calls, prevents outdated results from replacing newer ones, and improves accuracy for environments that manage large data sets. Enhanced order search feature available for SaaS customers: The enhanced search feature is available for Order Service for SaaS customers. You can use the enhanced search feature to improve search capabilities with faceted filtering for orders in the Order Hub and Call Center. This enables you to quickly find and filter orders using multiple criteria simultaneously. For more information, see Managing orders enhanced search.
Order Service dashboard available for SaaS customers: The Order Service dashboard is now available for SaaS customers. You can use the Order dashboard to display a comprehensive, centralized summary view of key components and metrics to monitor and optimize their order service processes. Optimized order searches for large datasets: Improved the order search performance by making the total matching record count optional and configurable. This change reduces expensive database scans and helps searches return results faster, especially in large datasets. For more information, see Configuring settings.
Streamlined user interface library delivery: Order Hub now includes only the latest user interface library versions in the delivered developer toolkit, which reduces the image size and speeds up downloads. You can download earlier library versions from Self Service when you need to work with older customizations. For more information, see Merging customizations into the latest Order Hub code base.

New Order Hub AI agents: This release introduces general availability of Sterling OMS Agentic Toolkit Add-on, a suite of IBM watsonx™ powered AI agents. The AI agents deliver proactive support with real-time insights to customer service teams. Using advanced natural language processing, these agents interpret prompts and queries to run tasks, making it easier to assist customers quickly and efficiently.; Sterling OMS Agentic Toolkit Add-on also consists of the AI Agent developer toolkit which provides the capability to define and deploy your own agents and tools. You can also integrate these tools with external AI agents by using MCP integration.; Make sure that your IBM Sterling Order Management System environments are upgraded to minor release version 26.1.1.2 - 10.0.2601.2 before using the AI Agents.; To learn more about the new AI agents and their capabilities, see Order Hub AI agents.

Create custom hot keys: Create custom hot keys for any Order Hub screen (except the screens within buc-app-sfo) to speed up navigation and streamline frequent tasks.
