Major updates schedule

Here is the IBM Sterling® Order Management System major updates schedule for 2025. Customer contacts from Self Service receive an email that indicates the specifics of group (A or B) and the start time.

Use the following table for general planning purposes.

All major updates are scheduled to start at 11 AM or 2 PM IST, which is 12:30 or 3:30 AM EST.

Ensure that you download the latest version of the developer toolkit from Self Service and test your existing customizations on the latest version before your cloud environment is upgraded. IBM will send out an email communication to you when the latest developer toolkit is available for download from Self Service. Order Hub

Order Hub for Sterling Order Management System is a multi-tenant SaaS application and is updated by following the same schedule as Sterling Order Management System developer toolkit for all environments.
