Viewing AI tools provides a way for administrators to understand what capabilities AI
agents can access and how those capabilities are defined.
About this task
Viewing AI tools is typically the first step before you make changes. It helps administrators
assess whether existing tools meet their business needs.
-
Log in to Order Hub.
- From the side navigation menu, select
.
The system displays
the
AI tools list in the side panel. The system lists AI tools alphabetically
to help administrators quickly locate a specific tool. Each tool in the list represents a single
capability that an AI agent can call, such as searching orders or performing an order action. Search
and refresh options help manage longer tool lists.
Note: The menu is not enabled for user groups as a
default. To see the menu, you need to add the resource to the user group.
- Locate the AI tool, click the overflow menu icon
, and select
Tool information. The system displays the
Tool
details window. This window shows key details, including the tool name, description, and
schema. The schema defines the inputs that the tool accepts and the permissions under which the tool
operates. For system-defined tools, these values reflect the default configuration.
The view also
indicates whether a tool is overridden. Tools that include overrides show a visual indicator so
administrators can quickly identify modified definitions.
- When you are done viewing the tool information, click
Cancel.
