Version 5.0.0 (July 2026)

  • Role Based Access Control (RBAC)

    • Three roles are now supported: Admin, Writer, and Reader. Additional access to workspaces can also be restricted. An external OAuth2 source is required for RBAC.

  • Java SE 25 Support

    • The Discovery Tool can now provide analysis for modernization to Java SE 25.

  • MoRE Flexibility

    • When modernizing to MoRE, users can now get all the details for applications that would previously have been disabled as they were considered unsuitable for MoRE.

  • Access Keys

    • The product now supports three kinds of access key that control the available functionality: Trial, Proof of Concept, and Full.

  • Discovery Tool

    • The Discovery tool now uses binary scanner v26.0.0.2.

    • The Db2 scanner has been deprecated in release 5.0.0 and is scheduled for removal in release 5.1.0.

  • Security

    • Multiple security vulnerabilities have been addressed.
