Managing accounts

Monitor customer and partner activities, view account details, and configurations on the Accounts page.

Accounts

The Accounts tab displays a consolidated view of all accounts that are managed under the logged in partner hierarchy. From this page, partner administrators can view account details, monitor account status, and perform account-level actions. The Overview section in the Accounts page displays metrics such as total accounts, customers, partners, and trials. The following actions can be performed by the logged in partner for the different account types:
Partner account
Customer account
Trial account
The Accounts tab displays the following information:
Account Name
The name of the customer, partner, or trial account. Partner accounts also show the number of managed accounts.
Type
The account type and status, such as Customer, Partner, or Trial. It also displays the status of the account.
Billing ID
The billing identifier associated with the account.
Committed licenses
The number of licenses that are committed to the account.
Enrollment limit
The maximum number of devices or users that can be enrolled.
Creation date
The date on which the account was created.

Accounts details

The Account details tab provides a consolidated view of configuration settings and summary metrics for the logged in Partner account.

From this page, partner administrators can review overall account status, monitor the number of managed accounts, and update the available configuration settings. The page shows the total number of accounts and a breakdown of trial, customer, partner, sandbox, expired, and deletion‑initiated accounts.

You can also view and edit the account‑level settings. For example, you can update the Default trial period for customers field. When you specify a new value such as increasing the default trial period, the system uses the same value to validate all newly created Trial accounts. If a user attempts to create a Trial account with a duration that exceeds the configured default value, the system displays an error.
