Viewing the accounts details

Track and monitor the child accounts that are created on the Accounts page. This page helps you to track the configuration changes and verify successful operations.

Click the account name link to view the account details for the child accounts. This page provides detailed information about the account status, committed licenses, billing start date at account level and makes it easier to identify the accounts where the action is being performed.

The page displays the following details:
Customer and Trial account
  • The Account details tab displays configuration and status information for the selected Customer and Trial accounts. This information reflects the current operational state of the account. You can verify the details such as billing account, account status, committed licenses. You can also edit the fields that are indicated by an edit icon.
    For example, the following image illustrates the account details, history page, EULA status page for the Customer and Trial accounts.
  • The Action history tab provides an audit trail of the actions that are performed on the account. This view helps to track configuration changes and verify successful operations. You can filter audit history by the action status, date range, and the administrator who last changed a setting. You can also search the audit history by the action name.
  • The EULA status tab displays the license agreement acceptance status for administrators who are associated with the account. This view ensures licensing compliance before administrators can fully manage the account.
  • The Actions menu provides administrative operations that you can perform on the selected account. Use the Actions menu to perform account-level management tasks that affect the account lifecycle or hierarchy.
Partner
For Partner accounts, the tracking view includes an aggregated summary of the managed accounts. This summary provides visibility into account distribution and lifecycle states.
  • The Accounts tab displays a consolidated list of accounts that are managed under the selected partner. From this view, partner administrators can search, filter, and review account details at a glance.
  • The Account details tab displays the overview of all the accounts under the selected partner. From this page, partner administrators can review overall account status, the total number of accounts under the partner with various account statuses, monitor the number of managed accounts, and update the available configuration settings. You can also view and edit the account‑level settings.

  • The Add account menu provides options to create and manage accounts within the partner hierarchy. Use the Add account menu to perform partner-level actions, including onboarding, exporting, and manage child accounts.
