Navigating account hierarchy
The Accounts page displays an aggregated list of all Customer, Trial, and Partner accounts within the partner hierarchy. To help administrators quickly locate and analyze accounts, IBM® MaaS360® provides powerful Search and Filter capabilities.
Search
The Accounts page displays an aggregated list of accounts. To get a quick result on the list of accounts, you can search for accounts based on criteria such as Account name, Billing ID.
- To search for specific accounts, click the Select drop-down list on the Accounts tab.
- Select the Account name or Billing ID.
- Enter the search value on the search bar and click Enter.
The search result is displayed based on the information that is entered in the search field.
Filters
You can use the filter option to refine the accounts list based on specific criteria and quickly identify relevant accounts. Filtering helps reduce visual clutter and helps to focus on accounts that require attention.
- Created Date
- Account Type
- user Limit By Account
The available filter options vary based on the selected account type.
- When you select Partner as the account type, the Enrollment limit filter is disabled and only Partner accounts are displayed.
- When you select Customer as the account type and Device as the enrollment limit, the list displays Customer accounts based on device enrollment limits.
- When you select Trial as the account type, the results are displayed based on the Trial account status.
