Db2 13 function level support

When you activate new Db2® 13 function levels in a Db2 subsystem or data sharing group, enhancements might become available that impact Db2 Admin Tool.

Important: To use Db2 13 functionality, you must bind Db2 Admin Tool 13.1 (the ADBMAIN program) with the appropriate Db2 13 APPLCOMPAT value. For example, if you want to use functionality that is available in Db2 13 function level 501, you must bind ADBMAIN with an APPLCOMPAT value of V13R1M501. If your Db2 subsystem is at V13R1M501, but you bind ADBMAIN with APPLCOMPAT V13R1M100, Db2 Admin Tool does not allow you to use Db2 13 new function.

The following function levels are tolerated or supported by Db2 Admin Tool 13.1 and are provided with the corresponding PTF, if any.

Because Object Comparison Tool runs as an extension of Db2 Admin Tool, any PTF that is required by Db2 Admin Tool for a particular function level is also required by Object Comparison Tool.
