  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 Administration Tool needs to        *
  *                      support Db2 13 function level 502 as    *
  *                      follows:                                *
  *                      1. Support of the DEPLEVEL option for   *
  *                      the BIND and REBIND commands for        *
  *                      packages                                *
  *                      2. The ability to view package          *
  *                      dependencies so that you can see which  *
  *                      statements are affected by changing an  *
  *                      object                                  *

  This APAR provides the following enhancements to support Db2 13
  function level 502:
  1. Support for the DEPLEVEL option for BIND and REBIND for
  supported packages. This option is available on panels ADB21KB
  (Bind Package), ADB21KR (Rebind Package) and ADB21RSB
  (Bind Rest Service).
  2. New line command DPS (show dependencies per statement) on
  panel ADB21K (Packages).
  3. New panel ADB21KDS (Package Dependencies at Statement Level)
  4. New "Dep Lev" column on the ADB21K (Packages) panel, which
  shows the current dependency level of the package.
  5. Support for the new value in the VALID field on panel ADB21K
  (Packages): "S - Some statements in the package are
  invalidated".
  6. Support for this function level in Tools Customizer (TCz).
  TCz now accepts V13R1M502 as a valid option for the APPLCOMPAT
  field.
